We like to save our customers money, we do so by sending our parcels second class Our postage rates are weight-based £1.55 - £2.99
* Weight-based - single shampoo bars, Furmoved pet hair removal tool, all balms & wax melts qualify for cheaper shipping, with multiple items costing £2,99.
(Free shipping is available if you spend over £15) - UK ONLY
Your package will be with you within 2-5 business days. As a rule, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received after 10 am on Saturdays will be shipped on a Monday.
**Postage fees outside the UK do not include any import duties/taxes. You are responsible for those**
At present we do not ship Internationally - We do not ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
For any damaged product(s), simply return them within the unopened packaging along with either the original order number or email confirmation within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will exchange it or offer a full refund (postage included) based on the original payment method.
We will pay for the shipment of the replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
